How to use the Pass Nantes

Activate the Pass
The Pass Nantes is an e-ticket with a QRcode that you simply wave in front of a specially dedicated reader available at the welcoming desks of each site you visit.
The Pass is activated once it is used for the first time in one of the partners location.

To use public transport, P+R car parks and airport shuttle, it is mandatory to associate your pass on the Pass Nantes mobile app and activate the transport button or to enter the dates and times of use in the insert provided.

How long is my card valid for ?
The card is valid for 24, 48, 72 hours, or 7 consecutive days. For example, if a 24-hour card is used for the first time at 14.00 on a Friday, it will be valid until 13.59 on the Saturday.
The Pass’ validity is automatically calculated starting from the first time it’s used in one of the partners site.

Is my pass nominative ?
No, you can buy it and offer it to someone. However, it is necessary to buy one card per person and to be able to justify the same rate as the pass purchased.

I don’t have a smartphone
In this case, you must print out the e-ticket (pdf) and enter the dates and times of use in the appropriate text field.
However, you will need a smartphone to board the airport shuttle.
