Enabling everyone to get around easily in public spaces is one of the City of Nantes’ key objectives.
Getting around in Nantes
80% of stations on the Nantes public transport network are accessible to people with all types of disability. Most vehicles have low-floor design, sliding doors, access ramps, and audio and visual announcements.
Parking spaces are reserved for holders of the European Parking Card for People with Disabilities on public roads, in car parks and in pedestrian zones.
