Activate the Pass
The Pass Nantes is an e-ticket with a QRcode that you simply wave in front of a specially dedicated reader available at the welcoming desks of each site you visit.
The Pass is activated once it is used for the first time in one of the partners location.
To use public transport, P+R car parks and airport shuttle, it is mandatory to associate your pass on the Pass Nantes mobile app and activate the transport button or to enter the dates and times of use in the insert provided.
How long is my card valid for ?
The card is valid for 24, 48, 72 hours, or 7 consecutive days. For example, if a 24-hour card is used for the first time at 14.00 on a Friday, it will be valid until 13.59 on the Saturday.
The Pass’ validity is automatically calculated starting from the first time it’s used in one of the partners site.
Is my pass nominative ?
No, you can buy it and offer it to someone. However, it is necessary to buy one card per person and to be able to justify the same rate as the pass purchased.
I don’t have a smartphone
In this case, you must print out the e-ticket (pdf) and enter the dates and times of use in the appropriate text field.
However, you will need a smartphone to board the airport shuttle.

Public transports
Unlimited use of the entire Naolib network. Tramway lines 1, 2 and 3, the busway, Chronobus and buses, and the Navibus river shuttles.
Free public transportation on Saturday and Sunday. No public transport on May 1st.
The Pass must only be shown in case of control (no composting).
Please note that in the event of a check on public transport, if the validity of the pass is not activated/registered, the holder of the pass may be fined by Naolib.
TER trains do not accept the Pass Nantes, except for a round trip between Nantes and Clisson (booked online, the return trip is possible up to 1 day after the outward trip, upon presentation of your pass during the control in the train).
P+R Park and ride
Parking for 24 consecutive hours in a park-and-ride (P+R) is included in your Pass.
For access (activation of the barriers), you must press the call button on the terminal at the parking lot entrance/exit.

Booking TER train journeys Nantes <> Clisson and Nantes >Saint-Nazaire (7-day pass)
TER trains do not accept the Nantes Pass, with the exception of the following journeys:
– a return journey between Nantes and Clisson included in all Nantes Passes: book online and return possible up to D+1 of the outward journey, valid pass must be presented when checked on the train.
– Exclusive to the 7-day Pass: a one-way ticket between Nantes and St Nazaire in either direction, in addition to an Estuaire cruise on the same date: book online and present your valid 7-day Pass and Estuaire cruise booking dated the same day when checking on the train.
The Pass does not allow you to skip the line.
Are the sites open to the public all year round?

Le Voyage à Nantes cannot be held responsible for the total or partial closure of a site and associated services or for changes to timetables which are subject to modification.
Is it possible to visit the same site several times?
No, you can only access once to each site included in your Pass. On the other hand, access is unlimited for the Le Voyage a Nantes guided tours and public transportation (except for the Airport Shuttle: one round trip only) during the validity period of your Pass.
Is it possible to take several guided tours with the Pass Nantes ?
Yes, we offer various walking tours of the city. Check out our Guided Visits program (in french only). With the Pass Nantes, you can take as many tours as you want. Just don’t forget to make a reservation!

When purchasing a Nantes pass on the website, you must select a starting date of use on the calendar.
However, if you do not use the pass on that date, this will not affect the validity dates. This date is only given as an indication and the pass can be used at another date (in accordance with the terms of sale).
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation per email. This email cannot be used as an e-ticket.

How much do I save with the Pass Nantes?

Example of one day with a 24h Pass in summer:

My trip has been cancelled: can I get a refund?
Yes, if the Pass has not yet been used.
The cancellation must be made through our call center.
You can also keep your pass and use it before the expiration date (1 year after purchase) or give it to a relative to use.
In case of partial use, can I get another one or a refund ?
No, in case of partial use, exceptional closure or unavailability of a partner site, the Pass Nantes is not refundable. Le Voyage à Nantes will not be held responsible.
No, this offer is a product designed for individual visitors and is not adapted to groups. Indeed as the number of visitors/passengers is limited, we can’t guarantee that the various partners will be in capacity to welcome the members of a group simultaneously.
