Justine Emard’s Rêves premiers explores invisible worlds: an astronaut’s dreams, thermal signals from data centres, active computer components, prehistoric data, and variations in magnetic fields…
This exhibition creates a passageway between virtual spheres and the tangible world, using interaction and video games to bring artistic creations into dialogue. Through a dozen or so works completed between 2018 and 2026 (sculptures, videos, sound, and light installations) Emard examines the new relationships forming between our own existences and technology.
