The exhibition Le soleil s’est endormi sur l’Adriatique (“The sun fell asleep on the Adriatic”) juxtaposes the work of Adélaïde Gaudechoux and Grégory Valton. They both received this year’s Special Jury Prize for the Prix des arts visuels de la Ville de Nantes – i.e., the city’s visual arts prize. The memory of objects and places is at the heart of their research.
