Intermède
Atelier Vecteur

After the success of their oscillation project in 2016, the architecture and creative collective known as Atelier Vecteur has come up with a brand-new work for the city.

This architectural experiment takes the form of a bed of reeds located across from the southern exit of the train station. Like a platform hanging between the river bank and canal, this strange vertical structure hugs the embankment and curls up inside it. This overhanging stage offers an urban interlude that breaks with the rhythm of everyday life. it provides visitors with an unexpected panoramic view of the Bassin Saint-Félix, which is situated between land and water – not unlike the food served up at the brasserie next door (chef Jean-Yves Guého).
