Alexa Brunet spent a year in the department of the Somme following the youth of a forgotten region. Influenced by cinema, painting and literature, Brunet takes “documentary” photographs that are both poetic and absurd – and sometimes grating.
The exhibition is curated by Emilie Houssa of the Centre Claude Cahun for contemporary photography.
