Alexa Brunet spent a year in the department of the Somme following the youth of a forgotten region. Influenced by cinema, painting and literature, Brunet takes “documentary” photographs that are both poetic and absurd – and sometimes grating.
The exhibition is curated by Emilie Houssa of the Centre Claude Cahun for contemporary photography.
Bertrand Le Ven
Throughout his travels, Bertrand Le Ven has always taken photos that echo art history. Orient and Paysages inférieurs incite viewers to daydream and to write their own stories.
