Construida en 1865, la fuente de la Place Royale simboliza la prosperidad econ\u00f3mica de la ciudad. Encaramados sobre delfines, ocho querubines simbolizan los ocho \u00abesp\u00edritus\u00bb de la industria y el comercio, recordando as\u00ed el importante papel del puerto de Nantes en la econom\u00eda de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Maen Florin proyecta en la fuente una imagen a medio camino entre visi\u00f3n y experimento: un mundo en plena transformaci\u00f3n. Una veintena de esculturas cer\u00e1micas se refugian en la fuente junto a las figuras de bronce originales, encuentran cobijo en el interior del monumento y simbolizan las mutaciones que el ser humano ha generado al transformar radicalmente el entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
