Built in 1865, the fountain in Place Royale was built to symbolize the city\u2019s economic prosperity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Somewhere between a vision and an experiment, Maen Florin projects a new image onto the fountain \u2013 one of a world in full transformation. Roughly twenty ceramic sculptures find refuge in the fountain next to the original bronze figures, finding shelter inside the monument and symbolizing the mutations humans have generated by radically transforming the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
