He refuses to impose the arbitrary decision of the artistic process to the visitors. The result is a work where chance is somewhat mastered, and where the piece becomes its own referential point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois Morellet (1926-2016) has created a work that constantly changes and thereby avoids the tiresome vision of an unchanging artwork. Everyday, using three luminous \u201ccoverings\u201d, the fa\u00e7ade allows clouds, a sun, or the rain to appear, announcing the weather in four hours\u2019 time!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This illuminated neon weatherforecast sign extends right across the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade. Every day, it predicts the weather in four hours\u2019 time: clouds (white curves), sun&nbsp;(red circles) or rain (blue dashes).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\t<\/div><\/section>\n\t<section class=\"\"><div
