Jardin du Tiers-Paysage"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"VAN22_CHAPEAU\"><p>Accessible to the public since 1998, the roof of the submarine base is an open terrace between the city and the harbor basin. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Gilles Cl\u00e9ment, one of France\u2019s best landscape designers, sees the base as \u201ca place of resistance\u201d that can accommodate the ecological diversity of the estuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The triptych (<em>Le Bois de Trembles, Le Jardin des Euphorbes, Le Jardin des \u00c9tiquettes<\/em>) takes advantage of three architectural features on the roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<\/div><\/section>\n\t<section class=\" VAN22_BG_rose\"><div class=\"VAN22_LIMIT_SECTION VAN22_FOCUS\" style=\"text-align:center;\"><h2 class=\"VAN22_H_1\" class=\"VAN22_H_1\"
