{"id":57572,"date":"2022-11-10T12:47:20","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T11:47:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.levoyageanantes.fr\/lieux\/station-nuage\/"},"modified":"2026-03-17T08:34:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T07:34:36","slug":"station-nuage","status":"publish","type":"lieu","link":"https:\/\/www.levoyageanantes.fr\/en\/places\/station-nuage\/","title":{"rendered":"Station Nuage"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"VAN22_CHAPEAU\"><p>In Saint-S\u00e9bastien-sur-Loire, along Boulevard des Pas-Enchant\u00e9s, \u00cele Forget is an oasis of calm just a stone\u2019s throw away from Nantes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>These former pasturing fields \u2013 now converted into a park with walking areas and playgrounds \u2013 have retained their original beauty. until the mid-1950s, a former stable housed a team of horses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Station Nuage \/ Cloud Station is a set of sculptures and images that transforms the island\u2019s topography and functions. YokYok has transformed the old stable into an entirely blue \u201cseaside resort\u201d that rises up itself like a tide in the landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attached to the house, transparent due to its fine nets, a \u201ccloud\u201d allows thin structural supports to fly freely, creating tiny trickles of rain to fall, not unlike the region\u2019s everchanging climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work houses a refreshment bar and light meals, where walkers are invited to enjoy a moment of relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YokYok is a collective founded in 2009 and based in Paris.
