In 2024, a new chapter begins after a several monthslong transformation, with a project overseen by Philippe Br\u00e9mond, and a partnership with Michelinstarred chef Mathieu P\u00e9rou.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<\/div><\/section>\n\t<section class=\" VAN22_BG_vert\"><div class=\"VAN22_LIMIT_SECTION VAN22_FOCUS\" style=\"text-align:center;\"><h2 class=\"VAN22_H_1\" class=\"VAN22_H_1\" id=\"the-banks-of-erdre-river\">The banks of Erdre River<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Want to see real floating islands, a laundry barge transformed into a tavern, and shelters for the local fauna and flora? Then the banks of the Erdre River are well worth a visit!
