It is at the foot of a busway station (Tripod) directly serving Cit\u00e9 des Congr\u00e8s (2 minutes), le Ch\u00e2teau des Ducs de Bretagne and the city centre. It offers rooms and apartment suites which are air-conditioned, individually decorated, with Wi-Fi, a minibar, satellite TV, and a safe. All bathrooms include a hairdryer and toiletries, with suites and apartments being equipped with a kitchenette. A Spa is available to customers staying at SEVEN URBAN SUITES, as well as business conference areas, IMacs and printers, a Nespresso Corner and private parking is offered to customers, as well as seminar rooms for business meetings, luggage storage and a laundry.. A buffet breakfast with organic products will be served each morning. Seven Urban Suites Cit\u00e9 des Congr\u00e8s features a 24hr reception desk.
