The title of this exhibition (\u201cThe One-Straw Revolution\u201d) refers to the eponymous book by Masanobu Fukuoka: a Japanese microbiologist turned farmer and theorist of his own natural farming method based on simplicity and permanence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The title echoes the four artists\u2019 \u2013 and winners of Nantes\u2019 Visual Arts Prize \u2013 political and ecological stance, magnifying the nuance, subtlety, and marginality in their work, through this \u201cone straw\u201d, tossed into the cogs of a society in crisis.
