This summer, children’s author and illustrator, Claude Ponti, returns to play with the people of Nantes!
A heap of pots comes to life in the Jardin des Plantes, inviting us all to follow them in their adventure, while a new chapter in the saga of the “sleeping chick” will be written in the orangerie.
“For the first time in the history of the Universe, the Jardin des Plantes is in a position to show the true life of pots, from their birth to the beginning of their lives in the Potanpo. Some will say, not without a little snobbery, that the beginning of the origin of the pots is a start, right when self-fertilization takes place – i.e., in the Potanpo – which one will see upon exiting. It’s a truism of pleonasmatic obviousness that will stop you in your tracks and leave you speechless. We will therefore say that these ‘some’ are right. And move on from there.” (Claude Ponti)
CLAUDE PONTI’S IMAGINARY CREATURES CAN ALSO BE FOUND IN THE PARC DE PROCÉ, PARC LA GAUDINIÈRE AND PARC LA BEAUJOIRE.
